Q: Why is the creation of the PDF in Basic so much faster than in Premium?

A: Basic PDF documents are created client-side, with a minimalistic layout and only basic information. No requests to the Trello API have to be made with the Basic version. Premium document are created server-side with Google Workspace and may includes images, checklists, markdown etc. which takes more time to build.

Q: Can we use markdown characters and emojis with Meeting Minutes for Trello?

A: Yes, in the Premium version (with some limitations), please see: Premium Features: Emojis and markdown

Q: Is it possible to register a Premium product key during the testing phase?

A: When the 14 day trial period is over, the tool is reset to Basic and you can register with a purchased product key. If you want to do that earlier (during the trial phase), please send us a short message via Send feedback

Q: Does the Basic version save my settings?

A: Saving dialog settings is a premium feature. Basis only saves the date of the last meeting.

Q: Is it possible to add a custom logo in the Basic version?

No, unfortunately - custom logos are a premium feature. We have decided not to use any placeholders or promotional logos. Thus, a neutral use is possible - customizing on the other hand requires the premium version.
