The following are the terms of use between you, as a user of our Trello Power-Up Meeting Minutes, offered by us, as a service provider.

Although you have already agreed to the terms of using Trello, we refer at this point to the Trello Privacy Policy and to the Trello Terms of Service. We also refer to our Privacy Policy, which you must also accept if you want to use our software.

If you create and process Google Docs files with our tool, the following terms of use and the privacy policy and possibly others of Google Workspace may apply that you have also already agreed to if you have a Google Workspace account or you have a personal Gmail account.

Finally, we refer to our basic General Terms and Conditions (German AGB), which are supplemented by the following regulations.

The terms "we", "us", "our" or "consulity" used below always refer to the service provider mentioned above. "Tool", "application", "software", "Power-Up", "product" and "Meeting Minutes" are used synonymously for the Trello Power-Up Meeting Minutes and all related services.

About our service

Meeting Minutes is an add-on (Power-Up) for Trello that allows users to create minutes of a meeting in the form of a PDF document based on Trello data. Meeting Minutes is software-as-a-service (SaaS). Our software is based on Trello and will not work without Trello. The tool can only be activated within Trello by adding the Power-Up and accepting the Terms of Service.

Our Power-Up is freemium software. The tool available is in the version Basic and in the version Premium. The basic version of the tool is free of charge, can be used without registration and without further authorization. Premium requires a fee, registration and the permission to access your Trello data. Version Premium can be tested free of charge in a 14-day trial period before purchase.

In addition to the creation of PDF documents, the premium version also enables the creation of Google Docs documents. These are provided by us via Google Drive; but only a link to make a copy directly (in your own Google Drive) is provided. Editing of the documents in our Google Drive by you, or permanent file storage there is not provided.

How the service works

In the basic version, PDF documents are created in the browser with the tool html2pdf.js. Documents are offered for direct download to your hard drive after creation. In the Premium version, the documents are created server side with Google Workspace, i.e. built with Google Docs and shared via Google Drive.

For security reasons, we delete documents created with Premium automatically every 10 minutes. Attempting to retrieve a document that has already been removed (this may also be the case after one minute), retrieval (or recovery) is no longer possible and the document must be newly created by you. There is no right to permanent storage of your documents. We therefore recommend the immediate download of your document.

Test phase

In order to test Meeting Minutes with all its functions, you can free of charge request a demo product key for the Premium version. The tool can then be registered with a product key sent to you. Once the registration has completed, all the features of the Premium are available to you for a trial period of 14 days. After this period, the product will automatically be downgraded to the Basic version.

Purchase

If you have decided to purchase a license, you will receive a product key which is valid for one year. After this period, the annual license fee is due again. During the license period, we grant you permission to use our services; the intellectual property rights of the services remain with us.

Should you choose not to continue using our services, i.e. if you do not extend the license period, we will delete your data after 30 days. An earlier deletion can be requested.
If you discontinue the use of the service before the license period ends, a refund of paid license fees for the remainder period is not possible.

What you can expect from us

In case of the free Basic version, you are using the software "as is" without any warranty and without entitlement to updates, support or troubleshooting.

If you are using the premium version, we make every effort to ensure that the software runs trouble-free, but we cannot guarantee this. If the service does not function properly for reasons we are responsible for, you can count on our efforts to resolve any problems or errors within a reasonable timeframe.

If the Power-Up does not work as described, please send us a corresponding description of the problem via our feedback form.

Our rights

We reserve the right to further develop our services. This may lead to changes of the technologies usd in all parts of the services. Provided this does not adversely affect the outcome of the services, we reserve the right to replace underlying technologies without further information.
The same applies to security-related developments that do not impair the user experience. We can make further developments in this area at any time and without further notification. Changes are only ever made if reasonable.

If you violate our Terms of Use or disregard how we expect you to use our software, we reserve the right to temporarily block your user account or to permanently exclude you from using our services. There is no right to a refund of license fees already paid.

We have the right to update the Terms of Service. For changes that require your approval, we will notify you of the relevant changes via email and you can decide on the further use of our services.

What we expect from you

We expect you to use our Power-Up properly and not to abuse it. "Properly" is anything that can be reached through the Power-Up's user interface when operated by a human. Actions performed via scripting or direct access to background services of our software are not permitted. It is also not allowed to run parallel Trello sessions with one user account, which also would not be possible with human use by one person.

The use of any malware, the upload and the use of illegal content is also prohibited. We consider the following to be illegal content: content that incites hatred, violence or discrimination based on origin, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation and other factors, content that promotes sexual harassment or an offense against human dignity (e.g. human trafficking or procurement). Content that promotes terrorism, crimes against humanity, incitement to crimes such as theft, extortion and property damage, child pornography or content that is harmful to minors.
Phishing, denial of service attacks, cross-site scripting and other attacks on our services are strictly prohibited.

Disclaimer

The software was developed and tested for Google Chrome, error-free operation with other modern web browsers is most likely but is not guaranteed.
If the Power-Up does not work as described, please send us a corresponding description of the problem via our feedback form.

In the Premium version, the tool offers the option of automatically sending documents via email. In this case, the sending takes place via our email accounts. Due to the nature of the internet, email delivery cannot be guaranteed. Also no guarantee can be given that emails will not accidentally end up in a recipient's spam folder.

We have taken various safety precautions for foreseeable events (also see Privacy Policy). Nevertheless, neither for the absolute security of your data nor trouble-free operation at all times can be guaranteed. We expressly exclude any liability. This limitation does not relate to the feature description of our software.
