Meeting Minutes for Trello
Product description and use case

Introduction
Meeting Minutes for Trello is a Power-Up that facilitates the documentation of meeting results in the form of a PDF file. The idea is to transfer the cards of a Trello board into a structured PDF document and thus record a certain status of the cards. It is possible to document all or just a selection of tasks (cards).
With Meeting Minutes for Trello, for example, you can limit the selection to cards that were changed on the day the document was created (today) or since the last meeting. It is this restriction to the set of changes since the last meeting that can be particularly useful, especially for meetings on a regular basis.
The tool is available as a free version (Basic) with all fundamental document creation features and as an advanced version (Premium) with additional features. For example, the Premium version offers automatic adding of the created document to the board or automated emailing to all participants. In addition, Premium offers various customizing options and supports the use of Trello’s Custom Fields. For example, a company logo can be added to give the document a personal touch.
Use case
The Power-Up is somewhat comparable to Trello's own filter function, which makes it possible to filter out cards based on certain criteria directly in the board. Meeting Minutes can document the status of the board and allows the output to be grouped and sorted.
The typical use case is discussing Trello cards during a team meeting. New cards can be created or existing ones can be edited. What was discussed is documented in the Trello cards. The result of the meeting (e.g. cards that have been changed today - or since the last meeting) should be output in a document and made available to all participants. The output is structured and sorted. Since the set of cards discussed is usually a subset of all cards on the board, a major advantage is the clarity and the overview of the document. Meeting results can also be made available to other people who do not have access to the Trello board themselves.
Unlike a purely technical export of cards (for example, in CSV format), the focus of Meeting Minutes for Trello lies on the standardized document that can be used as a record of the cards discussed (or verification document) without further editing.
