Meeting Minutes for Trello

Basic features

General functions of the Basic version are described below. These also apply in the same way to the Premium version. With Premium, additional fields are available in the area of grouping, sorting or output details, depending on their definition.

Card grouping level

Tasks/cards can be grouped and sorted by the following fields:
None, List, Last changed date or Due date
Note: The sorting order can be set with the icon to the right of the selection list.
Please also note: In the Premium version, date content is automatically grouped by logical clusters like, this week, next week, etc.

If the option None is selected, grouping is omitted and all cards/tasks are displayed one after the other without interruption (in the defined sorting order).

Card sorting

The sorting refers to tasks/cards within a group. The following selection options are available here:
None (Trello order), Title, Last changed date, Due date
Note: The sorting order can be set with the icon to the right of the selection list.

In case of None (Trello order) the cards within a group will be output in the same order as shown in Trello.

Include cards

Here you have the possibility to select one of the following options:
All, Changed today, Changed since last meeting

With the option All, all cards of the Trello Board are output in the minutes document. Excluded are cards that are in lists that have been specified in the Exclude lists section.

The option Changed today outputs all cards in the document whose modification date matches the current date.

With the Changed since last meeting option, cards whose modification date is after the last meeting date are included. The specific use case here is to output cards that have been discussed (and updated) since the last meeting (minutes of the meeting).
Note: When creating the document, the date of the last meeting is automatically set to the current date, so that the next time this option is used, only the currently processed cards are selected.
Please also note: The icon to the right of the input field can be used to correct the date of the last meeting, if necessary.

Exclude lists

By default, all lists of your Trello board are output in the meeting minutes document. Excluded are lists with functionality that are applied in Premium mode, e.g. participant lists.
With this control you can define lists that are excluded from the document creation, e.g. for a list of already completed tasks. Complete lists are excluded in this case, i.e. excluding individual cards in a list is not possible with this option.
