Our tool allows you to create standardized meeting minutes in PDF format based on Trello data. This provides Trello's ease of use for creating meeting minutes as well.
The Power-Up is freemium software. The tool is available in the Basic version and in the Premium version. The Basic version of the tool is free of charge, can be used without registration and without any further access permissions. Basic creates structured PDF documents with the option to use grouping and sorting functions; for example, documents can be grouped by Trello lists, the list names thereby sorted in ascending order and within the respective group the cards can be sorted by modification date in descending order.
The Basic version is limited to major fields like title and description of Trello cards, i.e. content like images, checklists etc. can only be output with the Premium version. Furthermore, the free version is limited to 100 cards.
Version Basic is characterized by the particularly fast creation of PDF documents, as a minimalist layout is used and no access to external services is required.
With the Premium version of the Power-Up, it is possible to create documents using additional features. This includes e.g. the output of images, checklists or markup text. Furthermore, Premium offers customizing e.g. to use a custom logo or a user defined footer. It is also possible to use Trello's Custom Fields to assign task prefixes, custom categories or subjects, and output them in the document. Premium can also automatically send documents via email or attach them to the Trello Board.
